Management ownership
In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), persons discharging managerial responsibilities at Steady Energy Plc and their closely associated persons are required to notify both the Company and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority of transactions conducted in Steady Energy shares or other financial instruments.
Steady Energy publishes information on such transactions through company releases.

We ask persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) of Steady Energy Plc and their closely associated persons, as defined in the Market Abuse Regulation ((EU) No 596/2014, "MAR"), to comply with the instructions below regarding the notification of transactions:
A person discharging managerial responsibilities or a person closely associated with them must notify Steady Energy and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority of any reportable transaction promptly and no later than three business days after the transaction. The Company will disclose the received transaction notifications through a company release promptly and no later than two business days after receipt of the notification. Steady Energy does not separately verify the accuracy of the notifications it receives.
The transaction notification obligation applies to all transactions (including, among others, acquisitions, disposals, subscriptions, exchanges, pledges, lending, gifts and donations) conducted on their own account by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their closely associated persons in financial instruments of Steady Energy after the threshold of EUR 20,000 has been reached during the relevant calendar year.

The reporting person must copy the information contained in the notification and submit it by email to Steady Energy at transactions@steadyenergy.com promptly after the notification has been submitted to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority via the electronic services portal.
