Flagging notifications

A shareholder must notify Steady Energy Plc and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority when its proportion of voting rights or its holding of shares reaches, exceeds or falls below 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66.67% (2/3) or 90% of the total number of shares (flagging notification). The Company will disclose such notification without undue delay.

Flagging notifications must be sent to the Company by email at flaggings@steadyenergy.com and to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with its instructions. Further information is available on the website of the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Flagging notifications must be made without undue delay and no later than the trading day following the day on which the shareholder became aware, or should have become aware, of a transaction resulting in the crossing of a flagging threshold.
