Auditor

According to the Articles of Association, the company shall have an auditor that is an audit firm approved by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. The auditor’s term of office ends at the end of the next Annual General Meeting following their election.

Following the completion of the IPO, Steady Energy has appointed Authorised Public Accountants KPMG Oy Ab as its auditors with Authorised Public Accountant, KHT Jussi Paski as the auditor with the principal responsibility.
