
Steady Energy’s shareholders exercise control over Steady Energy at General Meetings. Under Steady Energy’s Articles of Association, the Annual General Meeting must be held annually within six months of the end of the financial year. The Finnish Companies Act and Steady Energy’s Articles of Association define the matters to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting.
The shareholders participate in the administration and management of Steady Energy through decisions made at General Meetings. In addition, a General Meeting must be held pursuant tothe Finnish Companies Act when requested in writing by the auditor of Steady Energy or by shareholders representing at least one tenth of all the issued shares for the purposes of addressing a specified matter.
