
In its decision-making and corporate governance, Steady Energy complies with the Finnish Companies Act, the Securities Market Act, the Articles of Association of Steady Energy as well as other regulations applied to Steady Energy. After the listing the company will follow Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland rules.
Steady Energy’s operations are also subject to nuclear energy legislation, environmental regulation and sector-specific permitting requirements in each of its target markets. The primary regulatory framework governing the Finnish operations is the Nuclear Energy Act (990/1987, as amended), supervised and enforced by the Finnish Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK).
The general meeting, the Board of Directors, and the CEO are responsible for the management of the company, with their duties primarily defined in the Companies Act. In addition, Steady Energy’s Management team assists the CEO in the development and operational management of Steady Energy’s business operations.
